This series of townhouses were designed for private vacation villas. The architect put many details into the house design, including high-class building materials. Make the future residents enjoy the great natural environment in Puli, the center of Taiwan, and dedicate designs inside these houses.
The architect added electric window openers on the high-level windows in the bathroom. People can easily operate the high window with a remote controller. With the easily openable high-level windows, it was largely improving the natural ventilation for the bathroom. Make it easier to dry and let the fresh air into the room.
The electric window opener was based on KST-A01 linear actuators for opening 70*70 squared centimeters. The mounting brackets were made of stainless steel 304, which is about 3 mm thick. It was anti-rust and enhanced its durability. Going to the control system, we use the simple remote actuator control system to control each linear actuator's movement. People could open windows in any place in the room.
The windows were about 200 cm in height. It is hard for people to open it, but it provides great privacy, natural light, and fresh air for people living in the room.
